What is Procera?
It is a system that optimizes hi-technology in the production of caps (digital processing of 3D model, dense sintering of aluminium oxide crowns without glass, special milling technology ). This system facilitates production of individual abutments for implantologists (the only system in the world).

How does the process work?
You make an imprint of preserved pillar. Send it to the laboratory A-Dent Group CZ, Ltd. We will scan the model of the stump into a 3D model and send it ellectronicaly to Sweden. Within three days a perfect electronic copy comes back. A form made of zircon or aluminium oxyde or titanium. The laboratory then creates the final crown. A high-quality crown will be delivered back to your surgery. All this in a week or less.
