There are about ten technicians. The working team is very dynamic and they are highly self-disciplined, whether it be where the quality of products, adherence to the technological methods or working strategies are concerned. Regular in-house training guarantees a high degree of expert knowledge and abilities from the technicians. We demand high personal involvement in the reputation of the firm. Flexibility, ability and willingness to seek further education and getting acquainted with new technologies, as well as skillfulness and a sense of details and aesthetics are all vital. In the end, prosthetics is, and always will be, meticulous work for skilful hands, which could be, without any exageration, compared to the work of artist – sculptor. Our lab technicians know this very well. They are aware that only work associated with high quality and faultless aesthetics can be appreciated in reciprocal manner.
